VANTA is a fictional brand. This site was built to demonstrate the design and engineering of a storefront — it is not a real shop, and nothing here is for sale.
No order placed on this site will be fulfilled. No payment will be taken, and no goods will be dispatched. Please do not enter real payment details, and do not send real personal information. Phone numbers, addresses and email addresses shown anywhere on this site are placeholders and are not monitored.
The policy pages below describe how a store like this would operate. They are illustrative, they have not been reviewed by a lawyer, and they are not a contract or a binding commitment of any kind.
Returns & Exchanges

If a piece isn’t right, send it back. You have seven days from delivery, and we don’t ask why.
The window
You can return any piece within seven days of it reaching you. We start counting from the delivery date on the courier’s record, not the dispatch date.
Pieces bought during a sale are returnable on the same terms as anything else.
Condition
Send it back unworn, unwashed, and with the tags still attached. Try things on the way you would in a shop — over what you’re wearing, indoors.
We can’t accept a piece that has been worn out, altered, or washed, because we can’t sell it to anyone else.
How to start one
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and which pieces are going back. We’ll arrange a pickup from the address the order went to.
Reverse pickup is free on your first return per order. After that we deduct ₹150 from the refund to cover it.
Refunds
Once the piece reaches our warehouse and passes a quick check, we refund within five to seven working days.
Prepaid orders go back to the original payment method. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer, so we’ll ask for account details at pickup.
Exchanges
For a different size in the same piece, say so when you start the return and we’ll send the replacement once the original is collected — you don’t pay twice.
For a different piece entirely, return the first and place a new order. It’s faster than us holding stock against an exchange.
